The new portal is available at https://cma.mstcauction.com/auctionhome/mlcl and can be accessed through Google Chrome ,Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge Browsers. The events with bid start date before 01.02.2024 will be available for bidding, opening and subsequent processes on the old portal only. While the events with bid start date on or after 01.02.2024 will be available for bidding on the new portal. Your existing username, password and digital signature will work on the new portal.
